Confidential

To support confidentiality, no record of names or identifying information are written down for any purpose. Only non-identifying volume statistics are reported to evaluate the program on a yearly basis.

The Peer Support Team has access to clinicians for guidance and resources. Non-identifying informatioin maybe be shared with the clinicians to provide additional feedback for peer support purposes. The only exceptions are those required by law. This includes concern for the safety of the individual or others.
